I called out the guild jerk for being a jerk, he quit the raid, guild and the game. He came back and he won't raid with me. Apparently he gives blowies to the guild leadership so I was permasat without being told anything.
Talk about your raiding experience (from the beginning) and please include specific instances and furthest bosses::
Personally I am 6/12 regular 10 man Throne of Thunder and have cleared all other panda raids.

I would guess I am. I have all classes at 90 and know how to play them all, my druid, monk, and paladin I think I know the best. I learn from my mistakes, rarely make them to begin with and that I know of haven't made the same one twice.
On average (in a raid), how much DPS / HPS do you do? (Not a target dummy) or link a raid fight from WoWlogs:
As a tank, depends on the fight. AOE fights I'm usually top dps, overall in LFR I'm at 115kish as tank
Explain why you think you will be a good fit for Profit::
As a true team player, I have all classes and professions maxed on the server and while I may not have all the patterns, I'm still working on that. I put the good of the guild/raid above my own needs am willing to help out with just about anything when I'm available. I follow instruction and know my classes/specs.
How is your sense of Humor? Do you get butt-hurt easily?:
Absolutely not. As retired military, my humor can actually exceed those around me, but I am able to tone it down if requested or needed.
